I made this up myself using trial and error. You can tweak it however you want if you'd like it more spicy, hot or sweet. Just add a little extra here and there. Good stuff.
1 stick butter
large sweet onion (like a Walla Walla) chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBS dark molasses
pinch Thai chili powder
1/4 cup veg oil
1 TBS mustard
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3/4 c worchestshire sauce
3 TBS siracha sauce (rooster red sauce Vietnamese)
2-3 tbs minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup white vinegar
sprinkle of salt, pepper
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add rest of ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
